If you are buying or selling a car or a trailer in Iowa you will need a Bill of Sale to do the transfer. Keokuk County does not require this form to be notarized.

If your E-Check does not "Clear," due to lack of funds closed account, or incorrect entry of your ABA or account numbers,  a $30.00 Returned Check fee will be charged for any returned payment.
