How your Property taxes are Calculated 2023

General Information:

Online Payments:

 Discover, Mastercard, Visa and e-check are accepted for Internet Transactions.  Service delivery fees of 2.25% for credit or $0.25 for e-Check will be applied to online payments.  When paying property taxes by parcel number please enter the 10 digit parcel number which appears in the bottom right corner of either payment stub.   

Vehicle Renewals:

When renewing a vehicle registration online, a PIN is required to complete your transaction, which can be found on your renewal notice that was sent to you through the US Postal Service.  If your renewal notice has a "stop" sign on it, the vehicle registration does not qualify for online renewal.  Half year renewals and apportioned vehicles are not eligible for online renewal.

Homeowners Escrow - Property Tax

You can now set up "scheduled" or "recurring" payments.  You will be able to choose the date that works best for you monthly; decide the amount to pay, or, let the program calculate the amount needed monthly; or, set up the payments to occur semi-annually when due.  You can make changes at anytime and best of all - reminders will be emailed to you whenever a transaction takes place.          

Please note:  A $30.00 returned check fee will be assessed on any payments returned due to insufficient funds.
